GDPR – EU data protection regulation

On May 25, 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force, replacing our current Personal Data Act (PuL).

The purpose of the regulation is to create uniform data protection rules within the EU, making it easier for businesses to operate in the European Union’s single market. The Regulation imposes higher requirements on us as traders, clarifying our responsibilities and strengthening the privacy rights of individuals.

The following GDPR document applies to Kristen Samverkan Småland Blekinge (KSSB) and the organization’s farms Ralingsåsgården, Kustgården Senoren and Flahults Ungdomsgård.

Processing of personal data

In order to carry out our mission, we at Kristen Samverkan Småland Blekinge (KSSB) need to process personal data. We comply with the GDPR, the EU’s data protection regulation.

Participants in events

KSSB saves the necessary contact details of people who participate in one of our events in order to administer participation fees, food and accommodation issues, grouping and the like. Information on participants is normally shared between all co-organizers. As a participant, you can be contacted up to two years after the event for information on similar future initiatives. The information saved is name, address, telephone, email and other information needed for the individual event.

Newsletters

Donors who provide their contact details will receive regular newsletters in order to gain insight and monitor the use of their donations. This applies to donors to both Nagaland and the Carrier team. The data stored are name, email, address, phone number and gift history.
In order to provide information and keep all churches within our organization up to date on our activities, we keep records of pastors and/or presidents or other contact persons. The data stored are name, address, telephone number and email address. The data is deleted when the person ceases to be a member of the parish concerned.

Campers/guests

As a guest on one of our farms (Kustgården Senoren, Flahults Ungdomsgård, Ralingsåsgården) we save the necessary personal data (name, address, phone number, email address) to be able to make a booking and invoice. In some cases, we send emails to previous guests with offers or information. Let us know if you do not want to be included in our mailing list or simply remove yourself from the mailing list via a link in the mailing.

Staff

As a KSSB employee, personal data is stored, see separate document.

Committees

For those elected to any of the KSSB’s committees, boards or commissions, contact details such as name, address, telephone and email are kept until they leave office. Their names still appear in historical documents such as the annual report etc.
