Working week and holidays

Kustgården Senoren will renovate 5 rooms in House 2 during the summer of 2025. Week 28, July 7-12, we will therefore organize a work week for this.

We are looking for anyone who feels they would like to combine a week of vacation with some practical work and make a contribution that would mean a lot to us. Joining the work week can be a good option if you are on a tight budget.

Everyone can contribute something!

The tasks can vary, from carpentry to building new cabins, to painting and cleaning. Everyone should feel that they have a role to play and that everyone is equally valuable, and we need helpful people to make this project happen! You definitely don’t need to be a professional, but willingness is the best motivator.

The approach

The arrangement is that we work on something during the mornings, between breakfast and lunch, with breaks for joint morning coffee. Then the afternoons are free for sunbathing, swimming, sailing, excursions, etc. Evening meal is served and possibly a joint evening activity is organized and finally a devotion in the church hall before bedtime.

Voluntary cost and registration

The cost is voluntary in return for helping out on the farm.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as coffee.
